A Day at ACE
ACE has no single clock-in rhythm. Some people arrive at sunrise, while others reach their best state in the afternoon.
The most common scene is a small group around one screen. An artist adjusts a flash of light, a programmer tunes the feel of a farewell, and a writer replaces a line with something more exact.
We do not measure progress with a time clock, and we do not polish people into the same shape. What matters is the care placed into the work.
Different tastes sitting together often produce the moments we like most, the ideas nobody expected before the conversation began.
